DRAFT T&CS ONLY The below terms apply to all THEODORA KOUTS® (TK) online orders, along with our website terms & conditions and privacy statement, also available on our website. We therefore encourage you to please read these documents carefully prior to placing your order.

Please note our online store offers stationery items for sale only. Our evening dresses are not available for purchase online.


All our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax).


TK accepts payment by credit card (Mastercard and Visa) and PayPal.

All credit card transactions on the Site are processed using the eWAY Payment Gateway or via PayPal. All online credit card transactions performed on the Site using eWAY or via PayPal are secured payments and your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by TK or any third party. All other credit card transactions performed over the phone or in person will be facilitated by ‘PayPal Here’. In all credit card transactions, whether through our Site, over the phone or in person, we will not store your complete credit card details.

By placing an order online, you confirm that:

  • any personal details and credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete;
  • – you are the credit card holder or you have express authority from the card holder to use the credit card which is used to make the purchase;
  • charges incurred by you will be honoured by your credit card company;
  • – you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any delivery fees and applicable taxes; and
  • – you are over the age of 18 years. If TK suffers damages or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, TK reserves its rights to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who placed the order(s).

TK relies on the information you provide to process your order. Accordingly, we will not be liable to you for any inconvenience or loss you may suffer as a result of you providing inaccurate information to us.

Once you submit your order, you will receive an email from TK within two business days acknowledging your order. Any orders placed over a weekend, on a public holiday or other scheduled closure will be attended to the next available business day.

All orders are subject to acceptance by TK. If for any reason we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you to offer you the choice of a full refund (including cost of delivery) or an alternative item(s) (should other options be available). If we are unable to reach you or do not receive a response from you within 3 business days, we will provide you with a full refund and cancel your order.


You may cancel your order with 12 hours of placing your order by emailing us at info@theodorakouts.com.au from the same email address that was used to place your order. After this time, your order may be prepared and dispatched, at which point TK cannot accommodate a cancellation.

Please note that all cancellations will incur a $ processing fee TBC (to cover bank charges and transaction costs), which will be deducted from your full refund amount. We therefore encourage you to please choose carefully and to contact us with any questions you may have prior to placing your order.


Should you become aware that you have submitted your order with an incorrect address, please promptly email info@theodorakouts.com.au from the same email address used to place your order. Please note, address changes can only be accommodated prior to dispatch. If your order has already been dispatched, TK cannot accept liability for delivery and you will be responsible for the collection or redirection of your order.


TK delivers online orders to Australian addresses via Australia Post (or its nominated third party carrier) (Carrier) at a standard shipping rate of $(TBC). We do not currently offer delivery via express post (TBA).

We do not currently take international orders or deliver outside of Australia.


Your order will be dispatched within two business days from when you receive an email from us confirming your order. Once dispatched, you will receive an email from us with tracking information to allow you to track your order.

Please allow 2 to 6 business days from the time your order is dispatched for delivery, depending on your location within Australia.

Please note, the above timeframes are estimates only and actual delivery times may vary. Should there be a delay in dispatch for any reason, we will contact you. TK is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused or contributed to by third parties, including the Carrier, or matters outside TK’s control.


We are not able to offer a refund or exchange in the event you change your mind, so we ask that you please choose carefully.

If the items you have purchased do not meet the standards required in the Australian Consumer Laws, for example, if they have a genuine fault TK will offer you the choice of a full refund including delivery costs or exchange (should stock be available).

Other than in limited circumstances, TK will only accept returns for refund or exchange where the items are returned:

      1. 1. In their original condition. TK cannot accept returns where the item is showing signs of use or otherwise damaged or soiled by you. Therefore, please take care when inspecting goods.
      2. 2. Accompanied by proof of purchase (i.e. a copy of your order confirmation email or tax invoice).
      3. 3. Returned and received by TK within 14 days of the date the goods were originally delivered to you.

To return an item in line with the above, please first send an email to info@theodorakouts.com.au setting out the reason for your return and whether you are requesting a refund or exchange and we will be happy to assist (add more info here).

When making a return, please securely package the goods along with your proof of purchase and send to:

As we are not responsible for goods that are lost or damaged during return shipment, we recommend that you use a tracked service to return the goods to us.

We will assess the items upon receipt. If your return is accepted, we will process the refund or exchange. Otherwise, if we cannot accept your return (because, for example, the goods are not in their original condition), we will contact you as soon as possible to make arrangements for the items to be returned to you.

Any refunds will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, restricts, excludes or modifies any of your statutory rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and the Australian Consumer Law (together, Consumer Laws). The Consumer Laws imply terms, conditions, consumer guarantees and warranties into some contracts for the supply of goods and services and prohibit the exclusion, restriction and modification of such terms.
