The below terms apply to all THEODORA KOUTS® (TK) online orders, along with our website terms and conditions and privacy statement also available on our website. We therefore encourage you to please read these documents carefully prior to placing your order.

Please note, our online store offers stationery items for sale only. Our evening dresses are not available for purchase online.



All our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax).



TK accepts payment for online orders by credit card (Mastercard and Visa only) and PayPal.

All credit card transactions on the Site are processed using the eWAY Payment Gateway or via PayPal.

All online credit card transactions performed on the Site using eWAY or via PayPal are secured payments and your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by TK or any third party.

All other credit card transactions performed over the phone or in person will be facilitated through eWAY. In all credit card transactions, whether through our Site, over the phone or in person, we will not store your complete credit card details.

TK relies on the contact details and information you provide to process and send your order, so please ensure all of your details are correct. We cannot take any responsibility for any loss or inconvenience you may experience as a result of providing us with incorrect information.

By placing an order online, you confirm that:

1. Any personal details and credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete;

2. You are the credit card holder or you have express authority from the card holder to use the credit card which is used to make the purchase;

3. You will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any delivery fees and applicable taxes; and

4. You are over the age of 18 years. If TK suffers damages or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, TK reserves its right to recover such losses from the parents / guardians of the minor who placed the order(s).

Once you submit your order, you will receive an email from TK within two business days acknowledging your order.

All orders are subject to acceptance by TK. If for any reason we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and offer you the choice between a full refund (including cost of delivery) or an alternative item(s) (should other options be available). If we are unable to reach you or do not receive a response from you within 3 business days, we will provide you with a full refund and cancel your order.



Should you become aware that you have submitted your order with an incorrect address, please promptly email from the same email address used to place your order. Please note, address changes can only be accommodated prior to dispatch. If your order has already been dispatched, TK cannot accept liability for delivery and you will be responsible for the collection or redirection of your order.



TK delivers online orders to Australian addresses via Australia Post or its nominated third party carrier (Carrier) at a standard flat rate shipping fee of AUD$8.95. We do not currently offer delivery via Express Post.

You confirm that the Carrier can leave goods purchased by you outside the premises at your shipping address, without obtaining your signature for proof of delivery.

We do not currently take international orders or deliver outside of Australia.



Your order will be dispatched within two business days from when you receive an email from us confirming your order.

Please allow 2 to 6 business days from the time your order is dispatched for delivery, depending on your location within Australia. Tracking information will also be emailed to you.

Please note, the above timeframes are estimates only and actual delivery times may vary. Should there be a delay in dispatch for any reason on our part, we will contact you. TK is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused or contributed to by third parties, including the Carrier, or matters outside TK’s control.



We are not able to offer a refund or exchange in the event you change your mind, so we ask that you please choose carefully.

If the items you have purchased do not meet the standards required in the Australian Consumer Laws, for example, if they have a genuine fault, we will offer you the choice between a full refund including delivery costs or an exchange (should stock be available).

Other than in limited circumstances, TK will only accept returns for refund or exchange where the items are returned:

1. In their original condition. TK cannot accept returns where the item is showing signs of use or otherwise damaged or soiled by you. Therefore, please take care when inspecting goods.

2. Accompanied by proof of purchase (i.e. a copy of your tax invoice).

3. Returned and received by TK within 14 days of the date the goods were originally delivered to you.

If you need to return an item in line with the above, please first send an email to setting out the reason for your return and whether you are requesting a refund or exchange. We will then provide you with a postage label with our returns address.

When making a return, please repackage the goods in the package you received them in, along with your proof of purchase and affix the postage label emailed to you, to the front.

We will assess the items upon receipt. If your return is accepted, we will process the refund or exchange. Otherwise, we will contact you as soon as possible to make arrangements for the items to be returned to you.

Any refunds will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
